A fog of rainbow fire
Colors that burn with brilliant mirth
She walks amongst the lights
With beauty not found on Earth.
Through coldest nights
Illuminated by moonlight
And in brightest days
When bird and song both take flight
Hands outstretched to the mist
The mist that burns with ire
Yet to her, its touch is calm
For her soul, like the mist,
Does burn like fire.
She may appear as not
But more than a thought.
She comes and goes
To where, none can know.
But go she does,
Unashamed and proud,
Into the fantastical world
Hidden behind a rainbow shroud.

She released this image not long ago and I LOVED it. Go check it out if you haven't (and while you're at it, just go see her work...she's a fantastic artist and deserves it). I was instantly inspired and wanted to write something for it.
I don't get to write poems often and I'm REEEEAAAALLLLYY bad at it. I REALLY suck at poem writing. But, I couldn't think of a fitting story for her (I might later). So for now, I wanted to write a fragment poem for her. Maybe later on, when I'm more free, I'll actually write her a legit story!
Anyway, I hope ya'll like it and, as I said before, go see's work! She's awesome! And I hope she likes it too. ^^
